    Abstract：

    随着经济的发展、教育观念的更新和就业压力的加大,中等职业学校学生的心理压力很大.高职院校开展的教育教学活动,最终是为国家和社会输送具有坚实知识基础和知识技能的应用型人才.在多重压力下,中职院校开展心理健康教育势在必行.因此在素质教育理念的指导下,如何有效地让学生接受和吸收这些课程,如何处理好课程内容与德育的关系就显得尤为重要.
