    Abstract：

    当今,随着经济社会的发展,人们的法律意识和自我保护意识不断增强,使得医患关系日益紧张.在如此形势下,若护理教育缺乏人文教育,护理人员人文素质不高,沟通协调能力不强,将导致护患关系更加紧张.人文素质的提高可以使护理人员树立以病人为中心的意识,关怀、尊重患者,从而改善护患关系.因此,在中职护理教学中深化人文关怀,提高人文素质显得非常必要.
