Abstract：

新时期职业教育发展也需要以素质教育理念为指导,为学生的全面发展提供教育环境支持.思想政治教育工作以提高学生的思想道德素质、政治素养为基本目标,这对于中职学生的职业素养发展来说是不可少的教育手段,基于此,本研究尝试基于中职院校生源的多样性特点,分析中职思想政治教育中因材施教理念的贯彻方式,以供参考.
