Abstract：
养成教育为学校德育教育的基础,只有做好学生的日常规范管理,才能保证德育教育有效进行,才能切实提高德育工作实效.自理能力、行为习惯等都是能够反映出小学生的德育水平,也影响学生的世界观、价值观和人生观.教育从业者应该认识到教育的重要性,加强小学生的德育品德培养,对于促进小学生的综合素质提升有着重要作用.
