Abstract：
目前我国的教育教学领域虽然处于全面改革的进程中,但是尚未彻底摆脱应试教育的约束,存在部分教师为了保证学生的学习成绩和自身的教育效果并未站在小学生的角度,对小学生予以责罚、训斥,甚至存在急功近利、以教谋私的现象,师生关系未得到优化,且自身的师德形象也受到了严重的影响,就现存的诸多问题针对和谐师生关系的构建展开进一步分析.
