    Abstract：

    儿期是幼儿心理发育的关键期,其心理状态甚至会影响其一生,因此,在幼儿期应注重对幼儿心理的引导.幼儿园阶段最主要的教学方法就是利用游戏,而《幼儿园教育指导纲要》也明确指出,幼稚园阶段应重视幼儿的健康,增强幼儿的体质.幼儿教师可以把心理健康教育融为一体,融入幼儿的身体活动中,做到两手并用,促进幼儿全面发展.
