作为小学数学教师,我们除了要摒弃"一刀切"的教学模式,还应当充分考虑到学生在数学基础、兴趣爱好以及学习方法等方面存在的差异,并通过采取多种有效措施来做好学困生的转化工作,以使数学教学更具普惠性的特征,进而切实小学数学的教学质量.
