新课改对传统教学模式产生了巨大冲击,探索更合时宜的教学模式与方法已是大势所趋.在此背景下,教师应不断创新教学模式,及时改进教学行为,将提高教学的有效性和实效性当作不懈追求的目标.只有这样,学生才会受益,才真正符合课程改革和生命成长的主旋律.
