随着素质教育的逐步发展和完善,学业成绩不再是学校教育的唯一重点,教学的目的已从传统的仅注重成绩逐渐转向对学习能力和整体素质的同等重视.所以在初中教学中老师要具有全面的道德、智力、身体、审美和工作发展能力,以及知识、爱心、思想和行为的和谐发展,从而更好地培养学生.
