    新能源开发已经成了社会各方关注的焦点,近些年新能源的利用率在快速提升,推动了新能源产业的发展.但是从现阶段新能源发展情况来看,其还存在随机性、不确定等方面的问题,从而造成其发展在很大程度上影响到电网的规划设计,这就需要不断对新能源接入电网规划方案进行完善,推动新能源和传统电网的协调发展.
