    新课改的持续推进,有效变革优化了小学课程教学.特别对语文学科而言,为了提升教学质量,语文教师应该做好教学目标设计.本文主要阐释了小学语文教学目标设计中存在的问题,并基于此,提出了相应的对策,期望为小学语文教学研究带来一定启示.
