    Abstract：

    本文主要针对初中英语阅读教学中后进生的帮扶展开研究.先分析了当下后进生形成与教师教学和学生自身发展有直接关联.然后提出几点切实可行帮扶对策:培养学习动力,激发学生阅读学习自信心;注重阅读技巧讲解,降低阅读做题难度;注重习惯养成,促进成绩提升.旨在为后进生英语阅读学习帮扶提供理论支持.
