Abstract：
教育的最终目的就是实现人的发展，德育作为小学教育重要构成，近几年受到的关注度也在不断提升，而且在新时代背景之下德育也越发提倡个性化培养，所以本文也从多维度入手对如何有效实现德育个性化培养展开了探讨，希望以此来有效实现立德树人。
