    西藏农牧区学校管理具有十分重要的现实意义,能促进城乡教育的综合发展.西藏农牧区学校管理受到资金、资源、环境以及改革创新等过程的因素影响,致使管理存在诸多困难.立足西藏农牧区教育的实际情况,针对影响因素进行分析,并以此为基础提出针对性改进策略,有利于西藏农牧区学校管理取得良好效果.
