    德育是教育之根基和核心.近年来,随着我国素质教育改革的逐步完善和落实,当下高中教育工作也发生了颠覆性的改变,对高中生的教育工作也由传统单单重视学生的知识教育工作,逐步转化为强化学生德育教育工作.而高中班主任,作为班级"大家长",需要肩负更多的责任,要将强化学生德育教育工作上升一个新的高度.对此,文章从多个角度出发,对高中班主任如何做好学生德育工作展开研究,以供参考.
