    Abstract:

    经过调查和分析,笔者认为幼儿园要认识到学前教育的重要性,将动作儿歌纳入幼儿园的正式教学环节中;幼儿园应加大对幼儿教师的培训活动,提高幼儿教师的教学组织能力;幼儿园教师应主动学习,了解幼儿的身心发展特点,组织适合幼儿的、幼儿感兴趣的教学活动,以优化幼儿教学策略,提高教学质量.
