    Abstract：

    在新课程理念的普及影响下,小学数学教师应该转变过去较为固化的教学模式的束缚,不断思索和尝试教学手段和方法的创新,改变教学关系中教师的绝对主导地位,转变为引导行为,充分尊重学生的主体性地位,根据班级学生的实际学情来设计和制定个性鲜明的教学策略.从而全方位地提升小学数学课堂的教学效果,提升学生的综合数学实践能力.
