Abstract：
英语学困生一般是指那些在英语学习方面主动性不足,对自己的英语能力缺乏自信,且在多次英语检测中成绩均低于班级平均水平的学生.通过调查和研究,发现英语学困生的不良情绪和消极行为不仅阻碍他们自身的学业发展,更对整个班级的学习状态产生负面影响,甚至严重削弱教师教学效果.可见,消除学困生的英语厌学情绪,转化英语学困生的工作势在必行.基于此,本文章对农村高中英语学困生教学辅导策略进行探讨,以供相关从业人员参考.
