    Abstract：

    素质教学是我国现代教学新的教育理念,在教学中旨在提升学生综合素养,在得到体育锻炼的同时,养成学生综合素质.体育教学是学校教学的重要组成内容,老师通过设计具有挑战性的学习内容,组织学生进行个人挑战和团队合作学习,让学生通过感官感知体育运动的乐趣,使得学生在强化体质的同时,形成良好的心理素质和团队合作意识.鉴于此,文章结合笔者多年工作经验,对试论拓展训练与初中体育课堂的融合提出了一些建议,仅供参考.
