青少年营养摄入不良，“食育”教育迫在眉睫。通过对“食育”概念内涵的解析、其时代作用价值的阐述，进一步对青少年“食育”的途径提出提炼和展望。以呼吁关注青少年“食育”领域，提升青少年“食育”成效。
