Abstract：
构建小学高效的课堂要求教师保持素质教育的要求，并始终坚持素质教育的基本理念。围绕语文学科的特点，分析学生的实际学情，并根据他们的进度制定教学计划。在课堂上，以学生发展为主体，教师尊重学生的看法，鼓励学生在课堂上畅所欲言。通过积极的讨论来摸索课文的涵义，从教科书中获得感悟，滋养学生的精神，强化学生文学素养。
