    Abstract：

    随着课程改革的深入发展，发展学生的语文素养成为语文教学的终极目标。而阅读和写作作为语文学习的两个重要方面，提升学生的读写能力俨然成为发展学生语文素养的必备条件。因此，在初中语文教学中落实读写结合策略，使阅读助力写作能力的发展，写作又反作用于阅读能力的提升。那么，如何在当前复杂的教学环境下，既满足学生的多样化学习需求，又达到发展学生语文素养的目的则是每个语教师必须着重思考并积极实践的课题。
