绿色施工管理的顺利发展，主要是以规范、严格的管理体系和工作体系为基础，体现了可持续发展战略的良好应用。在实际运营过程中，相关管理者要从改善建设技术的角度入手，不断创新经营哲学和经营方法，有效推进经营方法，提高绿色建设管理水平，在建设公司当前激烈的市场竞争中确保稳定的基础。
