Abstract：
为更好地促进学生的全面成长与发展，在教学过程中教师应从授学生以“鱼”转变为授学生以“渔”，而要实现这一转变，必然要求教师理念进行相应的转变，教师从学生的管理者转变为学生学习的伙伴，学习活动的组织者、引导者，让学生在学习活动中有体验，有探究，有感悟，从中获得真正的“渔”。
