如今民众的生活已经离不开配电网，配电网是传递电能的载体。而随着我国现今科学技术的发展以及城镇化的进程加快，电力系统建设开始逐渐走向智能化，而智能配电网的设计也使得了现今人们的用电更加方便，更加节约能源。因此对电力系统中的智能配电网设计问题进行探讨。
