Abstract：

新课标的核心理念是以学生为本，关注学生的发展。在新课改背景下学校对培养学生的自学能力愈发重视，自主学习是一种内在机制，区别于与传统的被动教学方式，它使学生作为整个课程中的主导者，在课堂上充分发挥自主性，让其在一个放松且自由的环境下进行学习，能够使其在对课程的研究中达到事半功倍的效果。
