Abstract：
随着新课程改革的不断推动，更关注学生自主学习能力的培养，但从当前的初中数学学科教学不难发现，学生自主学习能力的培养有所欠缺，这主要在于学校家庭以及学生自身因素等的影响。本文教师就从当前初中学生自主学习能力培养状况进行分析，从而探讨培养学生良好自主学习能力的有效策略，提高学生自主学习能力，引导学生综合发展。
