    Abstract：

    核心素养背景下，学生的技能和品格培养就显得尤为重要，以往统一的教学模式不适合学生素养的发展。分层教学的实施有效地解决了学生之间的差异，释放了学生的活力，高中数学教学赋予了学生更多的选择，学生的自主性增强，自主学习能力有了平台，有效转变了学生被动学习局面。为此本文主要就分层教学在高中数学教学中的具体应用对策展开探讨。
