    Abstract：

    开展中等职业学校体育课堂教学有效性，能够帮助体育教师发展落后的教育观念，提高教师的自身综合能力，帮助学生形成健全的心理素质。教师在体育教学过程中采取一些积极的措施能够促进高效教学的开展，课前设计准备工作应当合理有效，课堂中教师要合理利用教学方法，调动学生的学习兴趣，建立多元化的教学评价，经过分析和研究对学生进行客观合理的评价。
