Abstract：
体育课在很多人眼里都是很好上的，学生想怎么玩就怎么玩，想怎么动就怎么动，其实不然，我们体育教师要在体育课上培养学生学会锻炼、感受体育运动带来的快乐和乐趣，这不是一时半会，一蹴而就的，而是一个长期的、渐进的过程，要让学生养成自觉参与学习好习惯也不是一、二堂课就能做到的，需要我们老师长期不懈对学生进行培养。
