    新课程改革的实施，强调教学必须面向全体学生，同时，要正视学生的个别差异。分层教学能正视学生的差异，改变传统教学中的“一刀切”现象，更好地进行因材施教，充分发挥学生的个性，以促进学生全面和谐发展，这是实践素质教育的有效途径。
