    Abstract：

    中职机电教学实践与改革正随着经济社会的发挥显著的成效。随着我国产业结构的升级优化，人才的需求也在不断地发展变化，中职院校培养的传统的应用型人才已经难以满足时代发展和企业市场的需要。因此，中职学校需要调整教育方式，其中实施现代学徒制是顺应时代要求、培养专业性技术人才的一项重要举措。现代学徒制有利于促进机电类教学改革，有利于为学生专业技能培养提供有效平台，有利于促进中职院校教学水平的提升。
