    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的不断推进，教育行业以及社会都对人才提出了更高的要求。在教学过程中教师不仅要达到传授知识的目的，更要培养学生养成良好的学习习惯，锻炼自主学习能力，促进学生的全面发展。尤其是在高中地理教学过程中，教师应当采取灵活的教学方式，营造轻松的课堂氛围，通过课堂互动以及其他方式锻炼与培养学生自主学习能力，提高学生的学习效率与质量。
