Abstract：
新高考政策的施行下需要物理教学做出一定改变，让教学理念和方法适合教育部务求，提升教学有效性。在新高考制度中，多数学校都使用了走班的方式，按照学生的选考科目分层次教学。为最大化教学效果，必须进行改变需求和策略分析工作。本文对此，联系高中物理一线教学实际，给出有效的教学方法。
