    Abstract：

    随着社会的不断发展，班主任在日常教学的过程中要明白立德树人理念对小学生的重要性，明确教学目标与教学目的，学会尊重小学生在课堂上的主体性，对于班级的管理时每个小学班主任需重点关注德育工作，对每个学生都能做到悉心教育。在社会主义核心价值德育的要求下，教师在进行教学时能否将这一理念传达给学生，实现立德树人的根本任务。
