Abstract：
现阶段，许多的高中生由于承受心理不强，在生活中学生中遇到困难就半途而废或者轻易放弃，这样的心态对于学生的未来发展是非常不利的。因此，高中体育教学中融入抗挫折心理教育对于学生的发展不容小觑。对此，文章就高中体育教学中学生抗挫折心理教育的实践，谈谈自己的看法与见解。
