班级是学校教育、教学的基本单位，是学生学习、生活、发展的环境，是学生健康成长的摇篮，是全面实施素质教育的阵地，因而班级管理是一项艰巨而又复杂的系统工程。对班主任来说，如何培养良好的班集体是班主任面临的重大课题，也是班主任进行班级管理工作的中心环节。努力搞好班集体建设，建设优良的班风已成为每位班主任追求的目标。
