Abstract：
]随着素质教育的不断深入发展，要求教师在教学过程中，不能只注重学科知识的传授，更要注重学科相关能力的培养。小学数学在小学阶段的教育中占据重要的地位，对学生未来的数学发展起到关键性的作用。笔算能力作为数学能力的其中之一，对学生的数学发展具有重要的作用和影响，教师要充分明确其作用，在教育教学的过程中注重培养学生的该能力。本文旨在探究小学数学教学中学生笔算能力的培养策略，为教师的教学提供方法和策略。
