    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的深入，如今所谓的素质教育的观念越来越深入人心。在初中阶段，学生们的各种能力和水平存在着较大的差异。那么在这种时候，传统、单一的教学手段已经不能满足新时代的需要了。教师们应该善于利用新式的教学手段，对学生们进行分层式的教学。本文主要就分层教学在初中数学教学中的应用进行了探讨。
