    Abstract：

    数学是初中阶段一门重要的基础学科，在组织初中数学教学活动时，教师应当对教学方法进行大胆创新，在突出学生主体地位的同时提高教学效率。导学互动教学模式是对传统教学模式的一次大胆突破，本文简单分析了导学互动教学模式对初中数学教学的作用，结合笔者实际教育工作经验，提出了导学互动教学模式的应用策略供参考。
