    Abstract：

    数学是小学阶段一门重要的基础学科，在组织课堂教学活动时，教师应当重视对学生数学运算能力的培养，并结合学生认知规律，对小学数学教学模式进行大胆创新。本文简单分析了小学数学课堂中影响学生运算能力培养的因素，结合笔者实际教育经验，提出了小学数学课堂中培养学生运算能力的有效策略。
