    Abstract：

    作为小学体育教师，在教学中如何正确激发与培养学生的学习兴趣，调动学生学习的积极性，对实现学校体育的目的、任务具有非常重要的意义，这也是提高教学效果的重要手段。本文首先分析学生失去体育兴趣的原因，然后提出激发与培养学生兴趣的三点建议，以此供相关人士交流与参考。
