Abstract：
随着我国科技水平的不断提高,计算机网络在电力调度工作中发挥了积极作用.在此之前,由于我国人口众多、电力分布复杂等客观原因,国家和区域电网在向城乡供电时往往缺乏详细的地方电力数据,无法进行合理的电力调度.电力调度数据网络建设的出现改善了这一状况.
