    Abstract：

    倾听是把金钥匙,是将语音转换成知识的过程,它能为学生打开更广阔的交流空间,提升学生的综合素质,激发学生的学习热情,从而提高学生的学习成绩,使学生能够真正的德、智、体、美、劳全面发展.倾听是小学生获得知识和搜集信息的重要途径.经过实践,可以从以下几方面入手培养农村小学生口语交际中的倾听能力:搭建平台,强化意识,使学生懂得倾听;把握心理,营造氛围,使学生乐于倾听;积极引导,教给方法,使学生学会倾听;持之以恒,养成习惯,使学生善于倾听.
