    随着社会经济的发展以及人们生活水平的提高,小学生体质健康的增强直接影响着我国整体人口素质的提升.因此,在小学阶段的教学中,教师就应充分重视学生体质健康的增强,并通过多元化教学策略的实施,来激发学生的体育锻炼积极性、养成学生热爱体育运动的意识与习惯,从而促进学生身体素质以及健康素养的提升.
