    Abstract：

    对初中生进行道德与法制的教育,不仅可以为初中生成长阶段提供有效指引,也可以加强初中生对核心价值的观念具体实践.同时这也是教学改革的需要,是促进学生全方面均衡发展的必要过程,有利于学生人生观、世界观的养成.随着社会国际化趋势的不断加快,我国将学生的核心素养发展,当作是验证教育效果的一种手段;教师在开展教育活动时,不再将教授给学生基础知识当作唯一的教育目的,而是注重对学生进行综合能力的培养,让学生基于教育阶段也可以具备适应未来社会需求的技能.
