    Abstract：

    爱玩是幼儿的天性,游戏是幼儿认识世界、探索未知、适应成长环境的重要方式.幼儿教师应结合幼儿的年龄特点,在教学中融入游戏活动,协调教与学之间的关系,让幼儿在游戏中学习知识、感悟生活.此外,幼儿教师还要发挥自身的引导作用,在教学中开展多样化的游戏活动,把握游戏教学的宗旨,实现对游戏与教学的优化整合.
