    Abstract：

    学前教育是国民教育的起点,在整个教育过程中起奠基作用.幼儿教师专业发展不仅是社会发展的需求,也是教师自身成长的需要,更是满足当前幼儿教育发展的重要内容.在学前教育发展过程中,乡镇学前教育一直是学前教育的短板,乡镇幼儿教师的专业发展更是学前教育体系中容易忽略的弱势群体.如何打造一支师德高尚、知识扎实、技能过硬的高素养乡镇幼儿教师队伍是人们关注的焦点.本文将以顺德区JA镇幼儿教师专业发展为例,谈谈乡镇幼儿教师专业能力发展的现状及对策.
