    Abstract：

    随着我国高速铁路建设进程的不断加快以及相关配套设施的逐渐完善,致使大量的旅客选择铁路进行出行,在旅客乘降过程中客运站发挥着至关重要的作用.随着客流量的逐年增加,客运站疏散客流的能力也在面临着挑战,如果在客流高峰期间造成大面积的旅客滞留,致使旅客的乘降效率降低,严重时还会危及旅客的人身安全,因此,研究高峰时段客运站的客流特点,并针对性地做出相应调整尤为有意义.
