    为了保证航空通行安全性,加强航空器航空性能,做好航空器运维工作,对机务维修人员培训工作便必不可少.我国民航飞机维修企业面临严重的人才危机,企业培训师资不足、培训效果不明显、培训压力大,建立一个功能强大、完善、操作简便、覆盖全面、性能优异、齐全有效显得尤为重要.
